we also offer contract decoration to the industry and our wholesale client's strictly needing decorating services.
Embroidery
At PPG we utilize the latest advancements in automated embroidery. We provide contract embroidery and fulfillment services to fit your budget without sacrificing our attention to stitch quality and design detail.
PPG uses the finesest high-sheen threads and design specific tensioning techniques, offering the highest quality embroidery services available. Premier Promotional Group is known for their quality of workmanship, quick turn-around, outstanding customer service, and personal attention each order received. Digitizing: $8.00 per 1,000 stitches, minimum charge $40.00
Tape Edits: $25.00/ hr. (1 hour minimum charge)
Personalization: One line $3.00; 2 lines $4.25. Set-up $2.00.
Hats: add a $.25 run charge each. Hat Backs add $1.90 when doing fronts.
Bags: Based on difficulty. Minimum run charge added of $.50 ea.
Individual Bagging: $.30 ea. (we supply the bag)
Metallic Thread:Add run charge of $.35 ea.
Thread Color Change: $10.00 ea. if less than 24 pieces per run.
Rush Service: Available at 10% of job cost, minimum $25.00
Prices include up to 10 colors. Individual folding, poly bag and fulfillment available. Call for quotes of 1,000+ or higher stitch counts.
Spoilage: Although our typical spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage. We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2% - whichever is greater.
Screen-Printing
For your apparel screen-printing and product imprinting needs, PPG offers affordability with quality surpassing that of traditional silk-screen shops.
Our
processed inks create an image by thermal activated polymers resulting in an extremely vivid and highly detailed, permanent image with extended durability.
